From Chicago:

* Take I90 to Rockford and then on to Madison.

* About 15 miles from Madison, take the left exit on 12/14 to Madison

* Stay on 12/14 (the Beltline) past West Towne Mall and Old Navy until University Avenue exit

* Follow cloverleaf right on exit ramp

* Turn left onto University Ave. at end of exit ramp.

* Follow University Ave. through three stoplights - Parmenter, Park St. and Branch St.

* Turn LEFT on Mendota st, the first left following the Branch St. light

* Proceed on Mendota around a curve to the right and then down the hill past the park on the left - Lakeview Park

* You'll come to Allen Boulevard, continue across Allen Boulevard on Mendota St.

* When Mendota St. ends in a "T" turn left on Middleton Beach Road

* Continue down Middleton Beach Road to 2317 - a lightish blue house with silver and mint green trim
